School Holidays at Latitude

The climbing walls have been shined, the trampolines have more bounce than ever, and we’re thrilled to be back open and ready to make up for all the fun we’ve missed! You can expect the same thrilling adventure as before and the same dedication to safety, just with some additional procedures in place to ensure everyone enjoys their visit, and we comply with current State Government directives.

Given our new changes, here’s a sneak peek as to what you can expect at your next session…

We ask that all Latituders BOOK ONLINE prior to your visit, to ensure we maintain our allowed venue capacity, and that you do not miss out on tickets.

If you, or anyone you are with is feeling unwell you must not come to Latitude. Please amend your booking online (free of charge) and plan a visit when everyone is feeling fit and healthy. Our crew have all undertaken COVID-19 safety training in preparation for your visit and will undergo a health screening before their shift starts to ensure the safety of all.

Like always, please arrive 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR to your session. Our crew will be eagerly awaiting your arrival to check you in and get you ready to hit the floor on time. Please remember you will need some Latitude grip socks, on sale at reception and closed toe shoes for climbing and the ninja course.

We have over 3,000sqm of aerial entertainment for you, and our activity floor fun is as fun, exciting and challenging as ever. We have introduced capacity limits in each activity zone, with waiting areas surrounding that ensure SOCIAL DISTANCING measures remain in place, but there is plenty of time to try everything, and go back for more! For now, the foam pit will be closed for hygiene reasons.

Hand sanitisers are placed around the venue, and whilst you are playing, you will see ADDITIONAL CREW MEMBERS constantly on the move, cleaning and sanitising our high traffic areas.

When your session is finished, our crew will assist you in exiting the venue safely and cordially, where they will then complete a thorough clean of high traffic areas prior to the next sessions arrival.

If you are joining us for a two-hour session, you can continue to play during the changeover. For those who come for one hour of power, your crew will show you the quickest, safest way to exit the building.

We have introduced a SPECTATOR TICKET for all those visiting and not participating. There is no charge for this ticket, but it is important to help us juggle the limited venue capacity and tracing requirements outlined by State Government directives. This ticket will be removed as soon as we are able to do so.

Sessions now last 50 MINUTES to give us time to transition customers from the earlier session out of the venue and complete a thorough clean of high traffic areas before you enter.  You will then head into the venue, swap your shoes for Latitude grip socks and get straight into your session with the knowledge that we have taken every precaution to keep you safe.

We hope to see you at Latitude soon and can’t wait to provide a thrilling and action-packed outing for your family and friends to enjoy!
