Expert tips for your visit:

Online bookings are essential. Book your tickets online before you visit to secure your spot and avoid delays.

Arrive early. Give yourself 20-30 minutes ahead of your session to park, check in and be ready to start on time.

Closed toe shoes are a must. You’ll need them for climbing and The Grid, so make sure you are wearing sports shoes.

Spectators are free. There is no need to purchase a ticket if you are spectating, only book yourself a ticket if you want to join in the activities.

If you have purchased our General Session ticket, the entire Latitude floor is yours to enjoy! No activity requires additional payment on top of your ticket price, you can play however you want for as long as you've booked across climbing, open jump, basketball, dodgeball, the Airbag, The Grid, performance trampolines and the sky-high obstacle course. 

 

If you have purchased our Kids Zone ticket, your little one has full reign of our under 5's enclosed soft play area. 

 

Our sessions run every hour, on the hour. 

Each session lasts for 60 minutes and includes access to the full activity floor.

Yes. Our General activity floor is available for ages 5+ and over 110cm. Certain activities are only available for those 125cm or over, they are The Grid and our performance trampolines. See signage in-venue. 

 

For those under 110cm and between the ages of 18 months - 5 years, our Kids Zone is available for the little ones to enjoy.

 Yes, the weight limit is 120kg.

No, spectators spectate for free. You only need to purchase a ticket if you are joining in on the activities yourself. 

Yes of course, we welcome anyone aged 5+ on our general activity floor. Whether you want to join in with your younger ones or just want to have an epic session across our climbing and trampoline activities, Latitude is for the young AND young at heart. 

Yes, Latitude grips socks are compulsory for every ticket holder and must be worn when on the trampolines for safety reasons, and to ensure our equipment is not damaged. 

Reuse your socks from a previous visit to Latitude, or purchase them online or at reception for only $2.50.  

To maximise your Latitude session, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. This gives you time to find parking, check-in and get ready to fly.

During peak periods, including school holidays, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your session starts to minimise the impact of crowds.

 

Make sure you bring closed toe shoes! You will need them to be able to play across our climbing arena, The Grid and sky-high obstacle course.

If you have visited Latitude before, bring along your Latitude grip socks to re-use. If not, you can purchase these online or at reception. 

External catering is not permitted at Latitude. 

Birthday cakes are only permitted to be brought in when you have booked a Latitude birthday party

Our on-site cafe, Basecamp Cafe offers a great range of food made using high-quality and fresh ingredients to satisfy and refuel your crew. 

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable

 

Your session will start and end promptly on the hour, so make sure you arrive nice and early.

We do offer on-site parking at Latitude, but this is limited. During peak periods we recommend arriving 30 minutes before your session starts, allowing time to find parking & avoid any potential delays at reception.
